Phil Carter

Phil was born in Beverly on February 22, 1992 to Deborah and Bruce Carter. He also plays lacrosse. His favorite teacher is world history teacher Mr. Farrar. Alexander Ovechkin is his favorite athlete. Phil’s hobbies include lacrosse, street hockey and movie watching. After high school, Phil plans on attending college, playing hockey and getting a good job. Quote: “You miss 100% of the shots you never take.”
