Head Coach Bob Gilligan

Coach Gilligan returns for his seventh season as the head coach of BHS hockey. He was selected NEC Coach of the year for the 2004-05 season. As a defensemen for BHS, he co-captained the Panthers in 1971 and 1972. He was selected to the All-Star team in 1970,71 and 72 and was the North Shore League MVP in 1972. He is a graduate of Salem State College, where he played defense from 1974 through 1977. Coach Gilligan is the owner of K&B Landscaping and Tree Service in Beverly, MA and resides in Beverly with his wife Kathy and their two children.

Coach John O'Neill

Coach O'Neill is entering his 3rd year of assisting Coach Gilligan. John played for the Danvers High, graduating in 1986. He then went on to play four years under his brother Bill at Salem State College. After college, John played professionally in Toulouse, France. He then returned home and rejoined his brother as the assistant hockey coach at SSC. Coach O'Neill broke into the high school ranks under the legendary Robert "Bo" Tierney at Bishop Fenwick. He became head coach at Winthrop HS and led the Vikings to their first NEC title in 19 years. Coach now resides in Danvers with his wife, Kristen, and their four children, Anna, Brynn, Jack and Tyler.

Coach Justin Shairs

Coach Shairs enters his 4th year with the BHS coaching staff. A 1999 graduate of BHS, he was a three-sport captain, leading the football, hockey, and lacrosse teams. In hockey, Justin was a three-time winner of the Colby Award for his leadership and dedication to the program. He is also the fifth leading scorer in BHS hockey history. Justin attended Saint Anselm College where he was a four-year letter winner and three-time captain of the lacrosse team. He is also the all-time leading lacrosse scorer at Saint Anselm with 216 career points, and was a two-time MVP. Justin was also the JV lacrosse coach and also volunteers as a coach with Beverly Youth Lacrosse. He resides in Beverly.

Coach Paul Munzing

1966 graduate of Danvers High School. Captain of Hockey and Baseball and was the Student Athlete award winner at Danvers High School as well as the Aggannis Scholarship recipient. Coach Munzing has a Bachelor of Science/Education degree from Salem State College and a Masters Degree in Special Education from Salem State College. A Teacher-Coach for 25 years, he has been a football coach at Plymouth State College, Danvers High School and for the past 10 years at the North Shore Technical High School. Mr. Munzing has coached baseball at Danvers High School, North Shore Tech and Coached hockey at Triton High School in Byfield, Ma. Residing in Danvers, he is a Retired Special Education teacher at Essex Aggie.

Coach Todd Lampert

Third tour of duty as goaltender coach at BHS. Played at BHS graduating in 1969. Played in college at Hawthorne College graduating in 1974. Head coach at Memorial Jr. High School 1975-1981. Head Coach at Shore Country Day School 1994-1996. Assistant Coach at Curry College 1994-1996. Goaltender Coach at Danvers H.S. 1996-2001. Goaltender coach at Northeastern University Womens Team 2005-2008. Lives in Beverly with his wife of 33 years Lorna. Has Three children former BHS hockey players Jamie and Matt and daughter Mollie. Owner of Todd's Sporting Goods.
